Affirmations
“How to succeed in life without much effort”
Affirmations or Sub-Conscious commands, are, becoming more widely used. Due to people like Paul Mc. Kenna, and other hypnotists. The method has been used for thousands of years.
The sub-conscious mind as we know, so far, is a vast untapped computer. Everything we have ever experienced, every smell taste and sensation is recorded there 24/7. It does everything for us, keeping us in full working order, serving millions of services and functions, with no conscious thought from us whatsoever.
The sub-conscious mind has to follow direct commands, it has no choice but to do so, as it is directed and programmed by you. If you are sceptical about this claim at least try the examples so you can confirm to yourself they work or do not before judging. Your sub-conscious is exactly like programming a computer.
You can either write the commands down, or some people like to record the commands and listen to them back. For the quickest results i.e. 10-14 days, read or listen back to them first thing in the morning and last thing at night. The commands are more accessible to the sub-conscious at those times of day. If not possible at those times, then read or listen as often as you can.
You have it within your power to achieve any goal you wish, and just like a genie the sub-conscious has to find a way to grant every wish you desire.
What do you want to be? Better at sports, a non-smoker, lose weight or sing like an angel. Start with one command and add as you go along. Do not tell anyone what you are doing, as family and friends should notice the change in you. Here is how to do it.
1) Write or record all your commands to yourself clearly.
2) Be in a positive frame of mind.
3) Do them for you and not for or against others.
4) Do them in present tense as if already achieved.
5) Refer to yourself as “YOU” not “I”. Do not say “I CAN DO THIS”, say or write
“YOU CAN DO THIS”
“I” is speaking to your conscious self. “YOU” is as addressing your sub-conscious self. Both will work, but the “YOU” works faster.

TO STOP SMOKING.
You have emmense self control
You have complete control of your emotions
you are disgusted by the smell and taste of tobacco
you are very happy and heathy without tobacco in your life.
TO BE CONTENT AND POSITIVE
you look and feel terific
you radiate fantastic will power and magnetism
your are dymnamically happy and content
you are invincible.
