How to Read a Persons Character from their Face
How to Read a Persons Character by their Face
Teeth and Lips can reveal there is more to a person than meets the eye
I have covered people’s character by the shape and colour of their eyes, here is some info on the shape of a person’s lips and the condition and colour of their teeth.
FULL LIPS
Denotes, a happy person who is generous and sensual in nature. Chinese experts say the mouth should possess a firm outline, with a horizontal line where the lips meet. These Chinese face readers are called Siang Mien Masters and cover the eastern perspective, in the west they are referred to as physiognomists. They both mean Face Readers.
SMALL MOUTH and THIN LIPS
Do not fare well! They are said to show the nature of a person who is mean and vengeful. These qualities could be less important if their eyes are bright and vital.
DOWNTURNED LIPS
This may show a person who is pessimistic and stubborn.
THICKER LOWER LIP
Tells of a dominant personality, they also have the ‘Gift of the gab’, a strong ego and are very sensual.
THCKER UPPER LIP
This may be caused by the shape of the teeth, meaning a childlike character, but Siang Mien masters believe it may reveal a devious nature.
HALF OPEN MOUTH
This is where the lips part a little or is not always pressed together, shows frankness, generosity and warmth.
THIN UPPER LIP
Indicates a person who may be mean with money and their affections.
UPTURNED LIPS
These are said to show an outgoing person who loves life.
TEETH
As a general rule, when someone has healthy teeth we assume they look after themselves very well, and shows an extrovert personality. Where by neglected teeth can point to introverts, or people that are not self-conscience in anyway because they are concerned with much higher and more important things in life.
GAPS IN THE TEETH
The western belief is that gaps in your teeth show you will never be short of money, especially if between the two front teeth. In the east it said to reveal a life of money fluctuations.
WHITE TEETH
These are obviously a sign of health and refinement in the west, but with all the cosmetic surgery, who knows! In the east, white teeth are said to denote a fickle nature.
LARGE EVEN TEETH
Both east and west agree these are a sign of health, wealth and happiness, though the opinions divide again on the subject of long teeth. The east says it is a sign of a good long life, but the west says it means people who are uncertain and show diffidence.
How to Read the Shape of the Head
SMALL HEADS
Shows a restless person with very changeable moods, this does not mean their brain is smaller!
LARGE HEADS
These people have always been considered as having leadership qualities, and which also denotes nobility and intelligence, even to the point of many leaders of Countries or Tribes wearing a headdress or crown of some kind to accentuate their head size. This could be why when people are showing off, they are referred to as ‘A big head’. Anthropologists claim that many people find large heads appealing as they are reminiscent of babies or small children which are cute! They also found that females in particular found this head shape attractive as it gives a subliminal message which says, please take care of me! An over-large head may point to glandular problems.
How to Read Skull Shapes
WIDEST BETWEEN THE EARS
A skull this shape shows a person who is well organised, but lacking in subtle spiritual qualities. When this skull shape is combined with a pointed shape at the top, it speaks of a lot of aggression and powerful motivation.
FOREHEAD NOTICEABLY WIDER
When the forehead and top of the skull are noticeably wider than the rest of the head, it denotes an idealistic nature but when faced with reality they find it hard to handle.
AN OVAL OR EGG SHAPE
This shows idealism, and highly intelligent person, they are also thoughtful and possess strong spiritual beliefs.
WIDE AS IT IS LONG
The skull which has this shape denotes energy, and a tendency to act intuitively or on impulse.
FLAT ON TOP
This shape which looks as if squashed down shows a down to earth person. It may mean however that they could be tactless or insensitive to others.
FLATTENED AT THE BACK
This shape reveals people who want peace at any price, and more than anything they hate fights, and may even compromise their own needs if it helps to keep their peace.
GENEROUSLY CURVED AT THE BACK
This show tenacity and constancy, but sometimes it could speak of stubbornness or a person with unshakeable beliefs.
Profile Shape of Face
People who rely on their faces for their fortune such as actors, usually know the ‘best’ side of their profile to be filmed, or photographed, they then choose their most attractive side for the cameras. Interviews and photographs are arranged to flatter and accentuate the profile.
Look in an angled mirror to see the difference with your own two profiles you may be surprised at the difference between them.
The left side and the right side of the face are controlled by the two hemispheres of the brain. So it is no surprise that the profile reflects different qualities. The left side of the brain deals with language, numbers, time and the intellect. The right side controls imagination, intuition, inspiration and creativity.
Research conducted at the University of Pennsylvania suggests that strong emotions such as joy, fear and anger animate the left side of the face more intensely than the right. Conversely, the right side of the face is activated by the rational left part of the brain, is more controlled.
As a result of this, the right profile often seems more relaxed and younger looking than the left. This is often said to be celebrities’ favourite side for photos. Is it yours as well?
I hope you have enjoyed this, more on this subject soon.
