More Affirmation Examples
How to be More Positive
Positive affirmations, either spoken written or recorded, can be the key to weight loss and many other problems we face. A lot of time and money are wasted on endless diets trying to attempt to cure people with over or under weight problems. This is because the root of the problems comes from the mental attitude they may have about themselves. Unless we are happy with ourselves diets will not work.
So program your sub-conscience with some of the following affirmations. The ones listed are from a book by James F. Cullinan, entitled, “Change Yourself, and Your Life-Without Will Power or effort”! Printed in 1980
I found this book about 15 years ago, it is fantastic, but I cannot seem to get a copy anywhere. So rather than lose the knowledge of it I am using these examples and hope you can get a copy for yourself, or the author himself can contact me.
In my previous article I have given 2 examples of my own on how to improve yourself, here are some from Mr. Cullinan that I hope will help you, from his amazing book. By telling your sub-conscience what you want, you can achieve anything you wish, and it will be so.
TO CORRECT WEIGHT PROBLEMS
Get photo of yourself taken at a time when you were the perfect weight and were happy. Put the photo next to your bed and make sure it is the first thing you look at when you wake up in the morning and the last thing you look at before going to sleep. This will help your sub-conscience mind remember what you want to achieve, after all it does rule everything for you, when was the last time you had to remember the millions of functions that it performs for you, like heart beat, lungs breathe blood flow etc.
Then write down the following command, and read it back as often as possible.
You are wonderfully happy, safe and secure.
People love you very much.
You are of infinite value.
You constantly imagine yourself as the perfect weight you wish to be.
You are warm and outgoing towards people.
You become your ideal weight more with each passing day.
You are completely satisfied with all food you chose to eat.
You positively refuse to eat anything that is not going to help you achieve your goal.
You exercise as much as possible, and love every minute of it.
You enjoy life.
TO PASS EXAMS
You are convinced you will pass your exams.
You will be extremely relaxed before your exam.
You will be supremely relaxed before your exam.
You have great self control.
You will pass your exam.
You will know the correct answer to every question.
You have complete control of your thoughts.
TO PASS A DRIVING TEST
You are convinced you will pass your test.
You will have complete control and presence of mind during your driving test.
You will do everything perfectly during your driving test.
FOR HAPPINESS AND PEACE OF MIND
You find great joy and happiness within yourself.
You find everything you need within yourself.
You are rich in everything.
You have a deep feeling of joy and happiness.
You find great joy and strength within yourself.
You think and feel positive about everything.
TO BE HAPPY AND HEALTHY
Everyday your health gets better and better.
Everyday in every way you feel better and better.
You look and feel wonderfully healthy fit and vigorous.
You are deeply happy and relaxed.
You look and feel terrific.
You are very bright and cheerful in your approach to life.
Here is one of mine to help you a become better ay whatever you want, whether to be a better singer, sports player, to speak more fluently, be happy or anything you wish, so until the next article.
TO ACHIEVE A LONG DESIRED WISH. Change the word in the example to whatever you want to be better at i.e. snooker player, pianist, footballer, singer, or anything you wish to be.
