The heartbeat of Pendulum is me: an impact investor, entrepreneur and award-winning global education market strategy expert.
For more than two decades I have sat on the boards of SME, medium and large scale organisations, creating, leading, and successfully delivering product and market growth at scale.
I invest and partner with founders and leaders who are focussed on creating an education system that figures out what young people are good at, delivers social impact and lets young people do what they love.
My difference as Non-Executive Director is how invested I am in the business I work with. Core to this is identifying the actions the business takes when they are at their natural best. Creating scalable and repeatable strategies and processes delivering true long-term value for shareholders, stakeholders, employees and customers.
