  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current market landscape, identifying potential opportunities and threats.

  • Develop a customized market strategy (GTM) that aligns with your company's vision, positioning it to effectively target and engage key stakeholders in the education sector. New sales, retention, cross-sell and strategic pricing.

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Identify and align the product strategy that will accomplish the mission.

  • Implement customer retention programs to ensure a loyal and satisfied user base, ultimately contributing to sustained business growth.

  • Government, policy makers and independent think tanks and advisory bodies

  • Talent acquisition

 

Critical challenge and support to the senior team

  • leadership skills, executive functioning, and organisational strategy
